USDT networks: TRC20 (main), ERC20, BEP20. BTC and ETH on request. The service fee is included in the agreed quote. Confirm the final payout, delivery charges and any bank or blockchain-network fees before payment.

## Limits and timing
- Minimum: equivalent of 5,000 RUB (about 50 USDT); Dubai - equivalent of 2,000 USD. Larger amounts get a better rate and are best reserved in advance.
- Timing depends on payment confirmation, city and payout method; the manager confirms it before payment. No universal completion time is guaranteed.
- Office pickup is available by arrangement in Dubai and Kazakhstan. There is no published walk-in office address; confirm availability, address and appointment time before paying.
- https://oneex.asia/rates/ shows Bank of Russia reference rates, not OneEx client quotes.
- The amount is reserved before the client transfers, not after.
