How the exchange works
A request is created in the Telegram bot, with no separate account on the website. The information and checks required depend on the deal and the AML policy. The manager handles the request in Telegram; confirm the payout time before you pay. Step by step:
Seven steps to your money
1. Send the amount to the bot
Open @oneex_asia_bot and write how much you want to exchange, in rubles or in baht. You can state the city and your preferred payout method right away.
2. Get the rate and payment details
The manager confirms the rate, the amount you will receive, the fees, and the payout method and timing before you pay, and sends the payment details. Check the terms and how long the calculation is valid.
3. Make the transfer
Transfer the money in one payment from your bank (Sber, T-Bank, SBP and others) or send USDT to the address you were given. Keep the receipt.
4. Send the receipt
Send the proof of transfer to the manager - this speeds up verification.
5. Wait for confirmation
The manager confirms that the payment has arrived. The payout amount is already reserved for you.
6. Get the code or agree on delivery
For an ATM, the manager sends the code, the exact amount, the bank and the code's validity period. For a courier or office pickup, follow the place and time agreed in advance. For an account, check the agreed details.
7. Collect your money
Enter the code and amount at a cardless ATM, meet the courier or check your account. Confirm receipt - the deal is complete.
