What is OneEx?
OneEx is a P2P currency and USDT exchange for foreigners in Southeast Asia, primarily Thailand. The exchange is fully remote via Telegram: you transfer RUB or crypto and receive local money in cash or to an account. No office, no documents.
How do I exchange money remotely?
Send your amount to the Telegram bot @oneex_asia_bot, receive the rate and the payment details, make the transfer and collect the money via a cardless ATM, by courier or to a local account. The whole process takes around 27 minutes.
How long does an exchange take?
The first manager reply takes about 51 seconds on average. The full deal takes around 27 minutes, and with a cardless ATM you receive cash 10–15 minutes after your transfer.
Do I need documents or registration?
No. The exchange is fully remote, with no registration, accounts or verification. Just message the bot.
Money, amounts and rate
What is the minimum exchange amount?
The minimum is from 5,000 RUB.
Is there a maximum amount?
The maximum is discussed individually. Larger amounts (from 100,000 RUB) are exchanged at a better rate and reserved in advance to ensure liquidity.
What rate applies to large amounts?
The rate is progressive: the larger the amount, the better it is. On amounts from 100,000 RUB the difference is noticeable. The manager calculates the exact figure individually.
Is the commission included in the rate?
Yes, all commissions are already included in the rate you see. Up to 500 USDT there is a fixed fee (equivalent to 10–20 USD); on larger amounts it is 3–4%. There are no extra charges on withdrawal.
Which banks do you accept transfers from?
All Russian banks. Most often Sberbank, T-Bank (Tinkoff), Alfa-Bank and SBP. VTB, Raiffeisen, Gazprombank, MTS Bank and MIR cards also work.
Can I exchange USDT or other crypto?
Yes. USDT on the TRC20, ERC20 and BEP20 networks is quoted right away. For BTC, ETH and other coins the manager calculates the rate individually.
Receiving the money
How will I receive the money?
In three ways: cash via a cardless ATM (using a code from the manager — the most common option), by courier delivery within the city, or by transfer to a local account.
How does cardless ATM withdrawal work?
The manager sends you a code and the amount. You go to the specified ATM, enter the code and the amount, and the cash is dispensed. No Thai card is needed. Bangkok Bank, Kasikorn and SCB ATMs are supported. Cardless ATM withdrawal is available in Thailand.
Which banks work for withdrawal?
Bangkok Bank (blue), Kasikorn / KBank (green) and SCB (purple) — their ATMs are available across Thailand.
How long does the courier take?
From 15 to 40 minutes depending on the area. Courier delivery works in Thai cities — Bangkok, Phuket and Pattaya.
Can I receive money to a Thai account?
Yes, if you have an account with a Thai bank the money arrives 5–15 minutes after your transfer. PromptPay QR is also supported.

Is it safe?

How can I trust you?

What if the money does not arrive?
Message the manager with the status — they will check the payment, contact the partner on the ground if needed, and offer an alternative way to receive the cash. The amount stays reserved for you.
Geography
Which countries do you operate in?
The main market is Thailand (85–90% of deals). We also work in Vietnam and Indonesia and exchange to tenge for Kazakhstan.
Which cities in Thailand can I exchange in?
Across all of Thailand. Cardless ATM withdrawal is available everywhere; courier delivery works in Bangkok, Phuket and Pattaya. There are dedicated pages for Phuket and other cities.
Why do Visa and Mastercard not work?
Due to sanctions, cards from Russian banks are not accepted in Thailand. That is why exchanging through the service is the main way to get cash baht.
