Who publishes the content

OneEx publishes the articles and reference pages under its editorial name. Service descriptions are checked against confirmed OneEx operating conditions; bank, network and fee information is linked to primary sources. Contact the editorial team or your manager through the official bot.

Dates and financial examples

• An article’s update date refers to an editorial change. Reference rate timestamps are separate.
• The reference rate page (Russian) uses Bank of Russia data. These rates are not OneEx exchange offers.
• Calculation snapshots identify their date, amount and currency pair. The manager confirms the final payout, fees, timing and method before payment.
• A single customer’s result is not a promise of the same timing or rate for every request.

Review verification and selection

The Russian collection contains 28 selected messages and excerpts. The English collection translates nine of them. All 28 public links, original messages and dates were checked on October 7, 2026. Displayed dates use Asia/Manila time. Omissions in short excerpts are marked with an ellipsis; original spelling is preserved.

We select reports with useful details such as amounts, locations, payout methods and circumstances. This is not a random sample or a count of all customers. One message is not treated as one independently confirmed transaction. Read the reviews and examples with source limitations.

Claims requiring separate evidence

A complete transaction ledger and a reproducible count of all reviews are not publicly available. We therefore show a linked collection instead of previous overall counters. The first client reviews in our open chat date from February 5, 2023; we count the start of the service from that date (it is not a company registration date).

Corrections

Send the page URL, the disputed statement and a source link to the official bot. For a transaction issue, contact the manager in the same request conversation. Do not post payment details, receipts or personal information in the public review chat.
