Is OneEx legit? How to verify us before you exchange
Do not take our word for it - check it. OneEx has worked since February 2023 (the first customer reviews in our open Telegram chat are dated February 5, 2023), the reviews are public, and our only official channels are oneex.asia, the bot @oneex_asia_bot and our chat. We have no permanent payment details: you pay only to details the manager sends for your current request, after the rate and amount are confirmed. If you are unsure, start with the minimum of 5,000 RUB.

The review chat is our own, so reviews show customers' experience but do not guarantee the result of a new exchange. Compare them with the external listing and with the terms of your request. How we select and check reviews is in the editorial policy.
How a request works, and how the rate is fixed before you pay
- You send the amount and city to the bot. Our rate is shown only in the bot: it depends on the amount.
- The manager confirms the rate, the amount you will receive, the fees, and the payout method and timing, and only then sends the payment details for this request.
- From the moment the rate is confirmed, the amount is reserved for you. The rate is valid for the period the manager states. If your transfer is late, the rate may be recalculated, and the manager tells you before the funds are credited.
- We accept payment only from accounts and cards that belong to you (see the AML policy).
- For a cardless ATM payout, the manager sends you the code, the exact amount, the bank and the code's validity period.

Signs that should make you stop
- The bot or account is not exactly @oneex_asia_bot. Copying names is a common trick: check the username letter by letter.
- You are given payment details that are not from your current request, or told they are permanent.
- You are asked to pay before the rate, the amount you will receive and the payout method have been stated.
- You are asked to pay again for a request you have already paid. The cybersecurity company F6 described such a scheme in its report of February 4, 2026 (in Russian). If a payout is delayed, do not send a repeat payment until the status of the first one is checked.
- You are pushed to skip checking the details or the terms.
What we do not publish
The site does not state a legal entity, a registered address or a licence number. A website is not evidence of a licence. Ask the manager for operator information and for the documents for your transaction before payment. We also do not publish a complete ledger of transactions: instead we show a linked collection of reviews that you can open and read in the original.

No. We are OneEx Asia (oneex.asia), a currency exchange service in Southeast Asia that works through a Telegram bot. We are not affiliated with the oneex.vip crypto exchange, the oneex.cc project, oneex.fr, the Onex broker or any other similarly named company.
Where do I send the money?
OneEx has no permanent payment details. The manager gives payment details separately for each request in the bot. Before transferring, use only the details confirmed in your current request. If someone sends you other details, or says they are permanent, stop and check the bot address.
How do you fix the rate before I pay?
The rate is quoted before the deal and fixed when the manager confirms it. It depends on the direction and the amount, and all fees are included. It is valid for the period the manager states before payment. If your transfer does not arrive in that period, the rate may be recalculated at the rate current at the time of payment, and the manager tells you before the funds are credited. Our rate is available only in the Telegram bot.
What if something goes wrong after I pay?
Keep the request number, the agreed calculation and the payment receipt, and write in the same official conversation for the request. Do not send a repeat payment until the status of the first one has been checked. The refund rules are in the terms of use.
What is the safest way to try OneEx for the first time?
