Terms of use
These are the terms for using the OneEx service: how a request is created, how the rate is fixed, the payment and payout deadlines, and what happens when something goes wrong.
1. About the service
OneEx is a currency and cryptocurrency exchange service that helps the parties to a deal agree on terms and complete the exchange. OneEx is not a bank, a payment system or a broker and does not provide investment services. All operations are carried out between the parties on the terms described below.
OneEx has no permanent payment details. The manager provides payment details separately for each request. Before transferring, use only the details confirmed for your current request.
The service's official domain is oneex.asia, and the request bot is @oneex_asia_bot. Ask the manager for the necessary operator information and the documents for your transaction before payment.
2. Creating a request
An exchange request is created through the Telegram bot:
- The client chooses the exchange direction and states the amount and city in the official bot; the calculation on the website is a preliminary guide only.
- The manager confirms the rate, the amount you will receive, the fees, the payout method and its timing, and sends the payment details.
- From the moment the rate is confirmed, the request is considered accepted and the amount is reserved for the client.
A request is voluntary: until the client transfers funds, the client is under no obligation.
3. Fixing the rate and the payment deadline
The rate is communicated to the client before the deal and is fixed when the manager confirms it. The rate depends on the direction, the amount and the current market situation; all fees are included in the quoted rate.
The fixed rate is valid for the period the manager states before payment. If the client's transfer does not arrive within that period, the rate may be recalculated at the rate current at the time of actual payment. The manager informs the client about any recalculation before the funds are credited.
4. Payout deadlines
Once the client's payment has arrived and been confirmed, OneEx makes the payout in the agreed currency and by the agreed method:
- The payout time for an ATM, a card or account transfer and a USDT transfer is confirmed in the request before payment. It depends on the payment arriving, on verification and on the availability of the chosen method.
- Cash delivery by courier, payouts at night (Bangkok time) and non-standard directions can take longer - the specific timing is agreed with the client in advance.
If, for objective reasons, a payout cannot be made within the agreed time, the manager informs the client and offers a solution - an extension of the deadline or a refund (see section 7).
5. Client's obligations
- Transfer funds in one amount and strictly to the payment details sent by the manager.
- Provide correct receiving details that belong to the client.
- Keep the payment confirmation (receipt) until the deal is completed.
- At the manager's request, provide the information needed for verification under the AML policy.
- Not use the service for illegal operations.
6. Cancelling a deal
Before funds are transferred, the client can decline the exchange without any consequences. Once the transfer has been made, the deal is carried out on the agreed terms; cancellation is possible only by agreement of the parties and is governed by the section on refunds.
7. Refunds and holding of funds
OneEx aims to complete every deal. If a payout cannot be made, the following rules apply:
- Payout not possible on the service's side. If a payout cannot be made for a given direction (for example, the payout method is temporarily unavailable), the amount received from the client is returned less actual costs - bank, payment-network or blockchain-network fees. The refund is made in the original currency to the details the payment came from.
- Incorrect client details. If the client gave incorrect recipient details and the funds have not yet been sent, the details are clarified and the payout is made to the correct ones. If the funds have already been sent to incorrect details given by the client, OneEx is not responsible for their receipt by a third party, but will provide reasonable assistance in tracing them.
- A stuck or unconfirmed transaction. If a transfer (including a cryptocurrency transfer) is delayed on the side of the bank or network, the deal is suspended until the funds have actually arrived and been confirmed, after which the payout is made in the usual way.
- Holding of funds. If a payout cannot be made immediately (force majeure, clarification of details, AML verification), the funds received are reserved for the client and held until the situation is resolved or the funds are returned. The funds are not used for any other purpose.
8. Force majeure
The parties are not liable for failure or delay in performing obligations caused by force majeure: failures and blocking on the side of banks, payment systems and blockchain networks, actions of public authorities, communication and power outages, and other events beyond the parties' reasonable control. While such circumstances last, deadlines are suspended and the parties agree on further steps, including a possible refund.
9. Limitation of liability
OneEx makes efforts to carry out the exchange quickly and correctly, but is not responsible for the client's errors in details, delays on the side of banks, payment systems and blockchain networks, or the consequences of the client providing inaccurate data. The service's liability is in any case limited to the amount of the specific deal.
10. Questions about a request and contacts
If a payment or payout is delayed, keep the request number, the agreed calculation and the payment confirmation. Report the problem in the same official conversation for the request; the manager will check the status and agree on next steps. Do not send a repeat payment until the status of the first one has been checked.
For any questions, write to the Telegram bot. The Privacy policy and the AML policy also apply.
